Alien Crop Circles Children can Make
In order to make a crop circle, all you need is a wooden or metal stake, plank of wood, a knotted rope and the light of the moon (or a really good flashlight).
You can make kid-sized crop circles with chalk, string and in broad daylight on an asphalt or concrete playground surface, or with rope, sleds and snowshoes in freshly fallen snow.
Pound the stake into the ground, tie the rope to the stake then walk in circle with the plank of wood in front of you. Press the grass or vegetation down with the plank of wood as you walk. Voila! You will make a perfectly round circle!
